Disgusting service

I don't even know where to begin when it comes to my disgust with the service or lack there of. From the beginning to the end of our arrangement for the funeral everthing was wrong with zamokuhle despite our complaints we still not getting any response from them which goes to show that they don't care .iv heard people complain about them but experienced it 1st hand I'm not gna go into details of all the wrong things they have done but the 1 thing we have pleaded with them that's still not done 11days later is the spelling error on the tombstone we informed them and they promised to rectify it but even now its still not done and no one has communicated with us as to why its still not rectified
