disrespect of people running a resort

We were at Zambi bush resort in Pretoria. We stayed over new year. During our stay we got bitten by bed bugs, accused of *****ing and got bad attitude from one of the owners. Not recommended to stay at. The slides are broken and the resort is way over crowded. bad the owners and workers smoke and drink while talking to you as a customer you would expect more. One of the workers we spoke too agrees completely will out complaints and is willing to testilfy. If I were you I wouldn't even recommend even considering going go there.
