No Delivery after payment made

I saw an add on the internet for the purchase of Cement Bricks and the prices was right. I contacted the Company and spoke to Jacqueline Cilliers and proceeded to get a quote. Additionally I enquired if they have other building material and they said yes. I asked for an additional quote and it looked good. They said that before delivery an EFT must be made and then delivery will take place. The initial delivery was suppose to take place on Friday the 27 August and no show. Jacqueline Cilliers sent me and sms and email to say they have a problem with the truck. They would deliver on Tuesday 09:00. When I contact the \office"a guy said that I should calm down and that the delivery will take place on Tuesday the 1st September. No delivery was made and their phones just ring and no reply to my emails or SMS."""
