Pathetic service and ******

<p>i made a booking at zambibush lodge in October for a December getaway, they called me trice during this period to find out if we are still coming, the second time they called i asked them to send me their banking details so we can pa for the lapa, which they never did, 2 weeks before our travel day i tried everyday to call the lodge for banking details, the phone kept ringing unaswered, 2 days before the travel day they eventually answered and the lady i spoke to Maree promised to check my booking and call me back which she never did, i kept calling throughout the day before the travel eventually got through and was transferred to a rude woman named Petro, when i started explaining my frustrations she she then told me i must top shouting or else she will hang up the phone, i was not shouting ut merely expressing my dissappointment she hang up the phone in my hear, i called again and got throug i asked not to be transferrede to Petro, they lady who assisted me informed me that i do not have a booking, i had to explain when it was made and hold for a long time before they can finally see my booking. on the actual day we were made to que on a long que outside in the heat with kids, eventually when we got to the counter the staff were worse than they are on the phone, our little kids were juping up and down being kids and their staff were shouting at them to stop jumping, on the otherside other kids of different skin colour were doing the same thing but were never told to keep quite. and they still say their premises are kids friendy! whe we got to the entance the guy made us stop and moved us on the side to put on our tags, something that could have been explained to us at the counter. the service of that that place is ridiculous. the place might be child friendly but the staf is definitely not people friendly! nevermind child friendly!</p>
