Zambian Embassy is The Worst Embassy in the World

i App**** for my passport in December 2014<br> numerous calls, numerous visits to the Embassy have yielded no joy.<br> each time i call i am told please check on Friday.<br> when i speak to the LADY incharge she has the audacity to make it look like its my fault.
