Avoid Minuteman Zambesi junction.

Poorest service. Unhelpful staff. This is based on a pattern of poor service over a period of year where I always have to go back to the shop a 2nd or even 3rd time to get the printing / laminating job done. The last time was thisnpast Saturday when, I kid you not, the employee had a smirk on his face, pulled up his shoulders & blamed loadshedding, even though we checked the schedule together the previous day & agreed on a time to pick the product up. The only shining light in this ****py place was Frans. He is an excellent employee. But the rest...the arrogance & disrespect towards the customer is shocking. They will never see me again.
