21 Zambezi Estate, PRICES FOR LUXURY UNITS BUT LIVING CONDITIONS LIKE A RURAL AREA!

This is by far one of the worst Estates to live in. There are CONSTANT problems. Thatch roof leaks, or there is constant electricity problems. Do not waste or money or time to rent a unit at this Estate. I moved in almost two months ago. I'm paying for a two bedroom but can only use one room now as the Thatch roof leaks into the room. I have been told they don't have money to fix it. Every other week there is no electricity as they have electricity problems (Not load shedding) The maintenance department acts like the whole complex is being Government funded as if the tenants don't have to pay rent. You must pay the full price every month but stay like you are staying in Free Housing!!
