Zambesi point (wedding venue) disgrace

Zambesi point, is a wedding venue that has totally disopointed me. First of all we toke the wow package which includes photographer, video guy, food etc and it costs a pretty penny . The photos were plenty but not done up to scratch, the food was great just a pity it didn't stay on the table for to long, the video guy they normally use was busy so they got a other guy. The guy was very unprofessional we never even met with him before, apparently it wasn't necessary. He gave us a video of us which is 3.5mins long" a preview "in my eyes" but shot videos hole night,Anything extra you must pay for. They kept our deposit because there was a gate exit button broken by the gate and they assumed it was us, even though there were two weddings that night. Know they are refusing to meet with us so that we can discuss the issues. So i decided to take it a step further.
