Only people from the area

On the 01.01.2018 i wanted to spend the day at Zambezi lodge, but surprisingly i was informed by the staff that only people from the are allowed.] Question is how do they see who is from the area? Very disappointing to such behavior still taking place, was turned away with another family as they could clearly prophecy we not from the area.
