Worst workshop ever!

<p>I want to complain about this so called "workshop". My VW citi golf was broken into and towed to Zambezi Auto (part of BMW Zambezi). Integri Sure is the insurance company, and they told me that Zambezi Auto is part of their preferred workshops and they are an accredited VW workshop. My car went in on 23 April. The assessors had 48 hours to hand in their assessment, which did not happen... On the 28th, authorisation was given. This is 13 May, and I still do not have my car. Eveytime I phone, they feed me some poor excuse for why my car isn't ready. They don't give me any feedback and threw down the phone in my ear the last time I spoke to them. I feel that this is unacceptable, especially from a BMW/VW accredited workshop. In the meantime, I sit without my car.</p>
