Well Done!

I was involved in an accident. Not knowing what to do I was referred to Dirk Olivier who arranged with Big D to tow my vehicle. At Zambesi Auto Stephan and Jaco assured us that my car were in the best possible hands. Frikkie did the quotation and within a day or two they received authorisation to continue with repairs. Nishara and Mayroon kept us informed of the progress on a regular basis. The guy sourcing the parts (Deon) even called when they experienced a problem with a supplier. Upon receipt of my vehicle Kobus made absolutely sure that we approved of the condition of my car before he handed us over to Thomas. My Tucson almost looked better than the day I bought it new. I must admit, the area where they hand over your vehicle reminded me a lot of my buying experience - and Thomas as a salesman that just closed a deal with a very happy customer. A potential nightmare experience (judging by what you read and hear about panel beaters) turned out to be totally the opposite. (For obvious reason I would not like to repeat the experience - LOL) Thanks a million all of you at Zambesi.
