Unsatisfactory Workmanship and Customer service

I am writing this email based on the ********* and unprofessional conduct that I experienced at Zambesi Auto ARC in Pretoria Montana Park.<br> <br> I took my car in for a quote to have repairs done on the body, the side mirrors, front and rear bumper and lips on the car which amounted to R12,239.76. Now this money was going to paid by my insurance since I submitted a claim and they approved it.<br> <br> After my claim was approved by my insurance I took the car in to have the work done. A few days after my car was taken in by Zambesi Auto I received a call from 1 of the service consultants saying that my rear bumper cannot be repaired as per quote and they have to replace it with a new bumper which I would have to pay an +-R5000 on top of the quoted amount of R12,239.76.<br> <br> This started an argument between me and Zambesi Auto based on the fact that they quoted me wrong and now expected me to pay for their mistake. They then went further on to try and get my insurance to pay for the new bumper but my insurance refused because my claim had already been approved on the quoted amount.
