Theft by Zambezi ARC personnel

<p>I took my car in for repairs, and spoke to Leonie that I will leave two valuable items in there, for spiritual reasons. They were two necklaces, hanging just under the rear view mirror. She explained that it's ok for me to leave them there as some customers prefer to do that. When I went to collect the car, one item was missing. Zambezi ARC said they do not take responsibility for that as I was supposed to remove them. It sounds to me like they're protecting their ******* instead of putting the customer first. Why didn't Leonie tell me that they were harouring *******, and I would've just removed my items? Im very upset, I did not expect this from a supposedly reputable repair centre. </p>
