Poor service experience.

Sent my bike in for a repairs quote. The sales rep offered to look at trade-in deal. I accepted and asked for the deal to include the repairs. My requirements were clear not to exceed my current installment. Two deals were offered way above my current installment. I asked for the option to repair instead and refinance the bike back to me or to trade in on similar or a lower spec bike with the same mileage. Both deals were above my current spec and clearly not affordable. Almost 5 months later and after much begging and finally complaining the feedback is 'our company is not willing to do any deal with a shortfall and refinance it back to you.'
