Poor Service by Ivan from Zambezi Auto

Good day,<br> I have ordered a Fuel Pump with Zambezi Auto(Mini) on Thursday morning and paid directly from my Account to theirs.Proof of payment emailed &faxed.The part could be released because the amount was not reflecting on their side.Today at 08:32,Ivan called me to indicate and confirm the parts ordered having been couriered and that it would be in Rustenburg in the afternoon. That did not happen as on a follow up with him,he said it would maybe come through on Monday.He then put the phone down.
