Don't like their service

My insurence booked my car for repair First week of Januar 2015. Even now i didnt get my car. Is Two Months and 5 days now. Which i feel if unfair to me. I dont have transportation because they are taking long to fix my car.<br> The assessor, Assessed my car and when they were busy fixing my car they said they find other damages and they needed to other the parts and when the car was almost done, they said they find something else and they were supposed to other parts again. By that time i was patiant , i didn't bother them<br> I calld my insurence last week complaining about the service that am getting from the panel Beater, They dried to cantact Nishara but she didnt respont to their email and today i called THami Ndaba who is verk kind and assisting me with this matter. Thami (from my way) contacted Nishara n he wanted to know how is the process. She , put us on told so that she can ask the guy who is buzy with the car and i feel like if we didnt call her she was not gonna ask was going on with the order. She said they received the parts.<br> After the phone call she called me she said. I will propabley get my car on wednesday 18 March 2015.<br> I will see if i will gey my car. Not happy
