Better Service at a SA Government Institution..

Hi Everyone. Just want to give some feedback on possibly the worst service I have ever experienced. It's so bad that even visiting the Municipality Offices, you get better service at this stage.

Took a mini to Zambesi Auto Mini for a service not long ago, and when we got it back it was smoking extremely bad. It was reported to them right after, and now a few days later we are still sitting with this problem. Advice from others say it has too much oil in. We have sent countless amount of mails and receive NO REPLIES!! Try to call them, and it doesn't even go through. From all the good people talk about the Zambesi branch, I REALLY wasn't expecting this. . . I feel this problem needs to be rectified ASAP, before any damage follows, if and I'm sure it can.
