Bad service

They didnt give the best service. I booked my Mini for a service then they booked the incorrected day. Then when we got there I ask 3 times for the price and then they call me after telling me in the store that the service will be about R3000. Then they phone me and tell me it will be R11000. And then when I ask them how long it will take the lady told me still half an hour and then I waited longer than 1hour. Will never service my car there again...
