Bad attitude and Do not want to fix my car

Hi<br> <br> My good insurance company have done a sterling job in authorising my car to be repaired.<br> <br> They have assigned BMW SA (Zambezi Auto) Zambezi Auto to fix my car. <br> Leonie Venter has bad attitude, is a **** and is destroying the good BMW reputation.<br> First She **** about deposit to be full amount upfront and not minimum R1000 to order parts.<br> Now she **** about the estimation of how long it will take to fix my car.<br> When corrected she then dropped the phone on me.<br> <br> Please BMW SA assist.
