VERY POOR THATCHING WHICH IS LEAKING

We got Zamani Thatching to construct and thatch the back of our cottage in August last year. It started to leak and they came back and did small repairs but it is still leaking and 6 months later they have not come back to fix the problem. The thatch is loosely packed and uneven which is causing the problem. We have had to spend R3000 on tarpaulins to protect our furniture and fitted cupboards. They charged us R35 000 and have produced very shoddy workmanship. Shayna is not responding to calls, sms's or e-mails!!
