za.Locale.Online_ No Support at all.

For years now and with no succession- za.locale.online has taken my Business description without my consent and listed me on their site like they do with everyone else. All the information listed about me- from what I gather comes from Facebook. The details about me and my small business is false and incorrect. I have repeatedly asked them to delete my details or simply update it accordingly to what the mission statement is. All I have ever gotten back is an automated reply- "This is an automated email informing you we have received your submission. You should expect a reply shortly." I have never received a call or an email from them to assist in update/deleting my details. I am a small business owner and I cannot afford false details misrepresenting me and my business. How can I speak with these people and sort this out. This has gone on long enough. Please help!! Someone.. Does anyone have a number for this business?
