Outstanding invoices

Good day Compliments for the season. We as subcontractors in the northern cape at umsobomvu municipality didn't received any money from Zalisile Msebenzi. We submit our invoices on end of November 2022 up to date still nothing. We contact him he didn't pic up. We send him whatsup he didn't reply. So can you assist us because our labourers is also waiting and it's serious children must eat and schools will open. We did survive during the holidays with God mercy
