Follow up letter on no payments

Good day we contact Zalisile on *** he answer us and said he will pay us on 13 Friday 2023 but we didn't received any payment yet he is doing this throughout 2022. The project is long overdue and it was supposed to be blacklist under Umsobomvu municipality. Can you please investigate this matter. Kind regards Jan Kiewiets
