BAD SERVICE AND BAD WORKMANSHIP

<p>Zakhele Investments is a construction company according to Standard Bank. They were allocated to my claim. They had to install a garagedoor and outbuilding door. The outbuilding door was installed, skew but there. The garage door is another story. The first time they came unprepared. Did not have the correct tools for the job, neither the correct garage door. They did measurements and went to buy a smaller door and not according to the correct measurements. Needless to say the door was not installed. After enquiring on when it will be done, they made an arrangement with me. They came hours late. The garage door was installed after 6 hours at my premises and many tries. Then they told me that they do not know what to do anymore as the door did not lock. They had to cut the steel structure to get the door in and now everything is a mess. The steel structure was installed without washers with the bolts, the bolts is straight into the wall. Then they cut with a grinder spaces in the steel structure for the arms of the lock but this is not working either. They left me with a door that is flimsy and not secure and unable to lock. Since Monday the 3rd of April 2017 I have been trying to get them to come and fix their messup. Until now, nothing. Everytime you phone, the owner is not in, or he cannot talk to me. The lady, Cleo saw photo's of the job and agreed that it was "terrible" in her own words. I need this now to be fixed. It is a security risk.</p>
