Appauling Service

This company has very bad deceased procedures. I have been up and down with this company from August 2024. Their forms for deceased they required documents I submitted. Then later they requested this, then after submitting they request something else. What does Executorship appointment represent? When they now want to understand the relationship, if really you are relatedto the deceased. They might as well request to exhume the body and do DNA test just to release the investments. Then always have to find out what's happening. They say their process takes 60 days it's been more than 60 days. Whoever has their investments here rather take them somewhere else as your beneficiaries are going to suffer once you leave this world. Their service is appauling. They seem to not know what they are doing or perhaps it's hard when they have to give your investment. I would not recommend anyone to invest here. My experience with this company has been tiring. I'm still waiting as we speak. Perhaps if one now involves their ombudsman that they report to will assist. Companies such as this one, think when you are dealing with a late estate you want to make friends with them You actually want to close chapters so are able to heal and move on with your lives
