Great Customer Service.

I after i purchased an audio book from their website, i was redirected to the download site where i am to access the item i purchased but i accidentally closed my browser and i did not copy the link.

I called them but they did not answer their phone, So i emailed them explaining my problem and within 15 minutes they rep**** and provided me with a link to the audio book i purchased and they apologised for any inconvenience.

I truly appreciate that.
