Worst Experience For the first time visit

*A Disappointing Experience at Zai*

I'm still fuming about my visit to Zai. I went there with a guy who said he knew some of the management team, and he was like, "Don't worry, it's on me." He ordered everything - a bottle of VSOP, Red Bulls, water, and a hubbly. We even bumped into a friend, and we were just chillin', catching up.

But here's the thing, when he left without telling me, the waitress(Snenhlanhla) starts panicking, saying we didn't pay the bill. And I'm like, "Wait, I didn't even order anything from you." She just assumes I'm paying because I was sitting there with the guy who ordered everything. I mean, where's the logic in that?

The situation escalated quickly. She called security, and they were like, "You can't leave without paying the bill." I asked them to call the management team member who was friends with the guy I came with, but he refused to talk to me. Instead, he sent a text saying I had to pay or they'd take my phone. I was like, "No way, I'll pay this bill, but I'm gonna make sure to share my experience."

Honestly, I wouldn't advise anyone to go to Zy. The service was appalling, and the management team's attitude was even worse. It's not about the money; it's about being treated unfairly and disrespected.
