Incompetency , dishonesty and *****ulent activities at Zai Restaurant located in Florida on morningside

This is the first time that I have been exploited by a well known restaurant in Florida Road in Morningside. I was double charged at Zai Restaurant and I was told that the amount would be reversed however that has never happened. When I went through my bank transactions and statements I realized that the one amount was not reversed. I then contacted the restaurant and spoke to the manager Simba who confirmed that he saw the duplicate charge and he will bring it to the attention of higher management. I spoke to his manager Dave who advised that he required a bank statement with a certified stamp on it from the bank. I requested the bank statement from my bank and sent it to him. He then reply and says that there is no duplicate transaction on their side and I must take this up with my bank. He was very rude and arrogant. Why would you ask me for proof of the duplicate transaction and when proof is provided then you want to say that the payment did not go through on the restaurants side. I wonder how many other people get charged twice for their bills at this restaurant. I have been exploited by this restaurant, this is considered as *****. Please check your bank statements after making any payments at this restaurant and when they say duplicate payments will be reversed please do a follow up on those payments. It's their duty to ensure that their speed points are functioning properly.
