Pathetic service

Booked for a Christmas lunch and use of pool. Paid R4050 for 15 people which included R750 for the use of the pool. Arrived today and was told that we can not use that specific area as someone else booked it. The pool was green. Won't even put my feet in the water. We were moved to another space with a pool. Also the water in this pool was not clean. Our drinks order was taken at 10H50. It is now 12H25 and we have still not received our drinks. When asked where it is, I was told that surely the shops are busy that's why it takes long. Don't every use this pathetic place. The service is pathetic. They will not see me ever again.
