ZAFUL SHOULDNT BE TRUSTED

I have ordered over two months ago. I couldn't track my order and my local post office also couldn't. The support centre told me that the courier weren't able to find my address and they wanted me to adjust it, so I did as sy wished. I then received a email that stated they can't sent a parcel to another address then my original one. I also took out insurance on my package for precaution, that means nothing for them. After several messages back and forth, and they telling me my address is the issue, after i called my local post office several times and they can't even track the parcel because it isn't even on the system. As I asked for a solution the zaful team, gave me a solution of a fifth of my money back . They are very unprofessional and *************.
