ZAFUL shopping experience

I have been ordering from ZAFUL since 2018 and I have been very impressed with them so far. The customer service is excellent and any issues that I experienced were quickly resolved. The products are always packaged well and delivery has been timely. I also like that delivery is made directly to my door and not through the post offices, like some other international deliveries. So far I have found that ZAFUL has been very reliable. The quality of some products has occasionally not been the best, but considering the price, it is still worth it. Only thing is you need to watch out for customs duties when importing to SA because that can be what nails you with larger purchases.
