ZAFUL ******** BEWARE!!!!

I paid money for 2 bikinis and shipping costs. They then say the parcel is delivered by courier - no courier ever contacted me ever to arrange delivery. I asked for the courier details, they took 10 days to respond saying I got my OWN ADDRESS WRONG. I input the address as per google maps and my FICA address. No details for the courier and they say they will not reimburse because I input details wrong. I have had deliveries every week and NOT ONE has been a problem. This company are ******** people beware!!
