Zaful - Online shopping - are they actually selling goods?

My daughter has bought goods online from Zaful and did not receive the parcels. We have logged a complaint and just get general mails back. No information on where the parcels are. No phone calls to try and resolve the issue. Now they are actually offering us a 20% payback? What about the other 80% or is this how they make money?
