Zaful is unbeatable!

I once bought a bikini on Zaful and I forgot to look at the size chart. I accidentally ordered a size WAY too small, so I emailed their customer service. I got a response within 5 hours and not only did I get to keep the bikini and not go through any return shipping issues, but they sent me a BRAND NEW one in the correct size for FREE! Zaful's customer service is unmatched. The only reason that I am giving them 4 out of 5 stars is because their shipping process is a bit slow, but definitely understandable seeing that it comes from China and is free!
