Well priced items, customer service is ok

I purchased from Zaful 3 times now. The items I received have been what was described, you have to check the sizing as it's not always the same with every piece of clothing (sometimes I was a medium, as a US size 6 but on others I was a large but the measurements were still a US size 6 - if that makes sense). The materials they use are consistent and the swimwear they offer are made well considering the price! Their customer service sometimes isn't the best, you have to repeat things many times but eventually they will get it.

I ended up using around 80% of what I purchased, some items I just didn't like but they gave me a partial refund to keep the items. I ended up donating them. The swimsuits and sweaters are great! The pants are hit and miss, accessories are cheaply made but wearable.
