Terrible service. No goods. Dont use zaful

Terrible service @zaful I placed an order at zaful on 26sep 2019

After one month i enquired why i have not yet recieved my order- they advised me to wait or go look at the post office. Now. It is past the prosed date of delivery, there is still nothing at the post office and they are not very helpful. I wanted a refund as both events i wanted the clothes for have passed.

I am very unhappy. I paid more than r1000 and have nothing to show, and they keep on saying wait and go to the post office.

Dont use zafful.
