Poor Service

I ordered items on 25 July expecting delivery via courier within 30 days as per the website. Without informing me the parcel was sent via the SA Post Office and only arrived today and I had to pay R254.89 on top of what I paid originally. I am extremely unhappy with the service from ZAFUL.
