Package delivered to the wrong person /Lost

I have mixed emotions about Zaful. I ordered on the 18th of January and my order took forever to be shipped and once it was shipped it was affected by lockdown where I saw on my app that is says delivered were as I didn't receive anything. I've going back and forth to solve the problem and they just refunded me back my money this after realizing that indeed my package was lost. It wasn't an easy journey but I'm glad they refunded me nonetheless. I love their products but still sceptical about ordering from them again.
