No delivery.
I would have given them a zero rating if I could. I ordered a package in the first week of March with them claiming delivery in 10-15 business days. After a month, I have been following up on my order, which according to their system has been delivered. I have not yet received any package, and if I ask for a refund, they ask me to wait a few more days. This has been the third time that I was asked to wait. I want a refund, ZAFUL.

07 May 2019, 15:15Problem solved. Package received-problem was at local Postal services and not at ZAFUL. Package was accepted at postal services within the 15 business days period as claimed by ZAFUL.
