Horrible service, I would not recommend this site to anyone

<p>Almost three months ago I sent an order through to Zaful to the value of about R600. To this day I have not received my order.. After endless struggles trying to get a response from them, I was told to wait even longer.. eventually i was told delievery was unsuccessful and as any other consumer would do I asked for a refund. They then Ignored me. I kept asking for about another week to recieve a message back saying I would only be refunded 1/3 of the money I've spent as it would be a loss for them as well. I find this abo****ely disgusting as this is not my fault or responsibilty.</p> <p> </p> <p>Let this be a warning to anyone wanting to use their site, especially in SA. They are not a ethical business whatsoever.</p>
