Great website, great customer service, quality clothes!

Zaful is great! I highly recommend giving yourself a little more time when ordering online to avoid disappointment. My order came in under 2 weeks, it was shipped like 2 days after I bought it, so it had nothing to do with Zaful, just shipping services. Customer service always replies through the direct website, usually takes about 12 hours. Since they ship from China, it can take a tad longer. I'm in the US and have never had to pay for customs, but have heard of Canadians getting hit with a customs fee. Just a heads up! The clothes are amazing quality, at a really awesome price. 10/10 would recommend. again tho I would highly recommend shopping IN STORE if you're trying to receive your article in 1 week for a Hawaii trip lol you are likely to be let down, so don't do that to yourself!!
