Great Customer Service

Zaful is one of my favorite online shopping sites. It has huge variety of afforable good clothing. Although since it is on the cheaper side, the quality can lack a bit in the materials they use. This is not a huge issue as it is what's expected. In addition, I ordered these black cargo pants in an M, but they were too tight on the thighs. I was very sad that they did not fit well, but Zaful agreed to give me back my money while keeping the pants. This was very fortunate because going through the return process if very stressful. Overall, I would recommend Zaful for cute fashionable pieces of clothing.
