I loved how quikly they responded when i had gotten the wrong size they quickly messeged me back giving instructions on how the process was for exchanging my jacket was. Definitely easy like 1,2,3 i was very hesitant at first because in many places you have to call, get put on hold for so long but in this case it was very quick and easy this is my very own opion with zaful.com :)
