Great customer service

I ordered a few things and when I received them, two of my items did not fit. I contacted support and asked how I would go about returning these and I was informed that I would have to pay for my shipping back. I completely understood but was also offered to keep the items and receive half credit back. The credit I was offered was originally $6 and some change, for 2 sweaters that I paid about $25 for. I did not think that was the best option and contacted the support team back. They then offered a refund of $12 and some change and to keep the clothing, so I accepted that. You guys were very helpful and I feel I was given a fair refund considering I kept the clothing. I appreciate your guys response time and I will definitely continue to order from here. I just need to be a little more careful when ordering clothes, since I do have to pay to return them. Thank you!
