Don't ever buy from zaful

I have ordered a lovely hoodie as early as the 3rd/10/2019, to this very day I am yet to receive the goods. I have contacted Zaful both on their Instagram page and via email to no reply. I feel ****med. The tracking information is also not very helpful as it is inconclusive
