Delivery Is poor

I ordered 5 items from them on the 10th of December 2019, I’m in South Africa. I do understand that it’s peak season but I can’t be waiting for this long. I’m leaving the country on Sunday and when I send an email the parcel might arrive on the 4th of January 2020. And this is the 3rd time they delaying with my parcel.
