ABSOLUTELY **** SERVICE FROM ZAFUL

An absolute nightmare to business with this company. They are quick to take your money and then if you do not receive you package, you are on your own. I ordered and paid my page on 03/11/2020. I received and email from Zaful with the shipping number BUFZA***YQ. I then recived an SMS from Buffalo Logistics to state that I must collect my package from PEP in George, Western Cape. On MY arrival I was told that the package was damaged and it was taken back by the courier. Numerous calls were made to the courier company, lots of emails to Zaful customer service with no joy at all. Zaful just refer me to the courier company. WHAT A DISGRACE!! Almost R2 000 and I have nothing to show for the money I paid!!!
