URGENT – Cancel Prime Subscription and Stop Recurring Debit – Booking ***

I am writing regarding booking ***.

When I booked my flights with eDreams, I was subsequently registered for a monthly eDreams Prime subscription and a recurring monthly debit order.

I did not intend to subscribe to an ongoing monthly membership, and I have made several attempts to cancel the subscription. I have also checked the eDreams app for a cancellation option but have been unable to find a way to cancel the membership.
