Poor Service

I am beyond annoyed. I spent an hour holding for an agent in order to change my booking dates and when I finally got through, a guy named Sergio pretended he couldn't hear me, and I use my line to call businesses daily; this after an hour of waiting? I have never been so annoyed in my life. I am still holding as I type and am expecting a lot more problems from the service provider. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!! jut get your ticket from your provider not nonsense like this,
