Impossible to change a flight on EDreams

I booked a flight from George to Cape Town last week and realised I had booked the wrong date. I have been trying to get hold of the contact centre to change the flight but there is no answer and SAA cannot amend a ticket booked through EDreams. I have also tried e-mailing, tried the BOT service on messenger but has continuously redirected for more than 5 days and won't allow you to speak to an agent. I will never book through them again and advise anyone even contemplating booking with them, not to!! The worst customer service I have ever recieved. I thought they were a **** until SAA confirmed the flight was booked.
